In 2024, Mike Posner brought me on as his Head of Content, not just to create content but to help lead a full-scale brand transformation. After a decade defined by chart-topping hits and over 10 billion global streams, Mike was entering a new chapter, one rooted in service, growth, and authentic connection. Our challenge wasn’t simply to market a new album; it was to reposition Mike’s identity in culture from pop star to multidimensional creator, teacher, and guide. My role was to architect the creative infrastructure to support that evolution by building the team, developing the content systems, and leading the brand narrative across platforms.
I built and led a six-person in-house content team, designing a content engine that produced over 4,000 pieces and drove more than 500 million impressions in under a year. Together, we supported the launch of The Beginning, Mike’s fifth studio album with over 21 million streams, and accelerated his collective following by 50 percent in 90 days. But the work went beyond metrics. I directed, shot, and edited the "Beautiful Day" music video, a raw, documentary-style film intentionally stripped of polish to reflect the honesty and heart behind Mike’s evolution. I also led production of a viral prison performance video with more than 8 million views, an emotionally charged carousel that earned over 50 million impressions, and a Make-A-Wish collaboration that traded a traditional music video budget to help a young girl’s dream come true.
Beyond content, I helped launch Inner Bloom, a digital community designed to carry Mike’s mission forward in a deeper way. Built around the pillars of growth, connection, and transformation, we created a platform that allowed Mike to share live breathwork sessions, storytelling, and moments of real presence with a global audience. This wasn’t just a creative role; it was strategic brand stewardship. Every decision, piece, and post was made to help Mike show up more clearly, connect more deeply, and build a brand that could outlive any single song or moment.
